Tyler Technologies acquired US eDirect. Tyler, a government automation and data insights software company, announced it is adding campground and outdoor recreation management platform US eDirect to its team. The acquisition will integrate US eDirect’s platform into Tyler’s digital government and payment services. Kanarys announced new partnership. In honor of Black History Month, DEI tech company Kanarys announced its new strategic partnership with the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR). The organizations plan to collaborate on research, events, webinars and other DEI programs.
