If the blooms of spring have you itching for some professional growth, Built In has you covered. This month, our list of featured companies is chock full of growing tech companies doing fascinating work. From fintech to gaming, these tech firms are changing the way their industries operate.

The online gaming platform Roblox is experiencing exponential growth, and hustling to grow their safety commitments along with their user base. Pharmaceutical fixture Pfizer is celebrating its 175th anniversary with a renewed focus on curing cancer. Infotech company Qualtrics and SaaS mainstay Dropbox are both working to integrate AI into their regular workflows.

And these companies are creating supportive corporate cultures alongside all their innovative work. Tapestry is championing mental health in the workplace. Intelsat’s ERGs are nurturing connection among colleagues. And at TransUnion, leadership is committed to what they call “a virtuous cycle of effective teamwork.”
