Summary: Built In highlights seven San Francisco employers that offer jobseekers growth-focused, collaborative cultures and perks like professional development, wellness benefits and remote programs.

Hundreds of tech companies call San Francisco home, creating a thriving ecosystem for tech professionals to grow alongside them.

According to the city government website for San Francisco, the city has become the “AI Capital of the World,” with over 20 percent of all AI job postings in the United States and eight of the top 20 generative AI firms in the country. That, paired with one of the densest and most walkable downtowns in the United States, a “world-class network” of parks and plazas, an iconic waterfront, and leading academic and research institutions, make San Francisco an attractive place to live and work.

This summer, Built In found seven San Francisco tech companies that have noteworthy growth, tech or thriving company cultures that jobseekers might want to consider in their next job hunt.
