About the Role:
The Training Coordinator is an integral part of the Education and Training Team. The position brings together the administrative and logistical functions of training coordination. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth running of the company training by working closely with training and education management, trainers (external and internal), and customers. Attention to detail and multitasking are critical in this role while achieving high customer communication and satisfaction.
A Day in the Life of Training Coordinator:
- Coordination and scheduling of training events and materials communicate with stakeholders, including customers, Altium Sales, and training management when necessary.
- Coordinate appointments, travel, and expenses for internal and external trainers
- Update and maintain public and private training schedules based on attendee counts and customer and trainer feedback
- Use Salesforce, Thought Industries (LMS), Google Calendar. and GoTo Training to create and schedule individual training sessions online or in person in EMEA.
- Discuss training requirements and feedback with sales and customers to ensure a quality training experience
- Process training-related invoices for management approval.
- Build and maintain customer and trainer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and overall experience
- Work with external companies and international administrative offices to arrange training for trainers.
- Generate individual certificates of completion as required and requested companies
