We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Total Rewards Leader to join our dynamic human resources team. As the Total Rewards Leader, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our Total Rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, Senior Human Resource leaders, and external partners to design and manage comprehensive compensation, retirement, and benefits programs that align with the firm's strategic direction, culture, and business objectives.

As the Total Rewards Leader, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, benchmarking our programs against industry best practices, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance our compensation and benefits offerings, ensuring that our total rewards packages remain competitive and compelling.

Responsible for managing existing benefit and compensation plans, and providing subject matter expertise in the development, recommendation, and implementation of approved, new, or modified employee benefits and compensation plans.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of total rewards principles, along with a solid background in compensation, retirement plans, and benefits. Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively are essential. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive change through strategic initiatives.

How you will contribute:

  • Drive our total rewards strategy that supports organizational objectives and aligns with industry best practices
  • Analyze market data and trends to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and attractive
  • Oversee the design and administration of our compensation structure, including base pay, incentives, and equity programs
  • Lead the development and execution of our employee benefits strategy, ensuring the offering meets the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure our compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement recognition and rewards programs to drive employee engagement and retention

We are looking for people with Forward Vision and:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in total rewards or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, including incentive plan design and executive compensation
  • Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulatory compliance
