What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct US and International billings
- Assist in preparing travel and entertainment billbacks to clients
- Support Customer Engagement Team and clients with AR inquiries
- Set up the Company as a vendor for new clients
- Support with revenue and accounts receivable analysis
- Lead timely invoice collection efforts
- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies
- Ensure that policies and procedures are followed
- Anticipate ongoing requests to maintain effective systems and procedures and actively contribute to systems and process improvement
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Other duties as assigned
What we look for in you:
- Required: 1 - 2 years of accounting experience (Prior AR/revenue experience)
- Required: Microsoft Office, ERP (NetSuite a plus), and business systems experience
- Required: Proficient Excel skills, with demonstrated knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, shortcuts
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Basic understanding of GAAP particularly revenue recognition
- Ability to work well and communicate with others
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload according to volume & urgency
