TheSr Director, Talent Management is responsible for the developing, initiatingand maintaining business programs that drive retention, promotion, andsuccession of talent within Honeywell Building Automation (BA). This role is responsible for partnering andleveraging a team of global talent specialists to enable the Sr Director ofTalent Management position to maximize the use of central talent processes inorder to focus on business specific retention and skill needs to drive healthysuccession. We are looking for a Sr. Director Talent Management with a creativemindset towards driving scalable strategic advancement of the talent strategyfor the business.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Youwill utilize your knowledge and skills to:

TalentStrategy & Business Transformation:

Enable HRVP and SBG President in their business' unique talent strategy aligned to STRAP & Honeywell Accelerator GDM

Manage SBG specific strategic (local, non-scalable) talent needs unique to the business but not currently offered at scale from the center

Drive the talent health of the organization through strategic and standard metrics

Communicate, manage, and maintain the SBG specific talent strategy by building and maintaining routines within Building Automation with HR and Business leaders related to talent, talent technology enhancements driven from the center and adoption strategies to drive healthy metrics and KPIs.

Work closely with partners to ensure employee engagement, inclusion & diversity, leadership development, skill development and talent acquisition are aligned with BA's talent strategy

Maintain current and future state operating models for the organization inclusive of the Tier 3 & Tier 4 levels and all Gold Business Enterprises (GBE) in BA

OperationalExcellence for Talent Process:

Maximize standard process/tools offered from the center including talent process and leadership development programs/learning offerings

Sponsor the process improvement efforts for 2+ enterprise standard processes in tandem with Talent COE central resources to drive improved Honeywell talent strategy across all SBGs

TeamLeadership:

Lead a hybrid of matrix and a direct report team of Talent Specialists to deploy standard talent process and support, building skills across this team through special projects related to talent and development in the SBGs/Regions

YOUMUST HAVE

10+ years' broad HR experience including talent management

Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management

Background in building & executing scalable, digital processes

Demonstrated credibility at the executive level in internal and external organizations

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Manages change through exploration and learning

Undergraduate degree in business or human resources

Experience leading transformation projects with a digital deliverable
