Let's talk about the role

We are actively seeking a talented and forward-thinking Senior Account Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow our largest Somnoware accounts. Somnoware is a cloud-based software to help streamline diagnostic testing workflows and care management in the sleep and respiratory care industry.

  • Build and strengthen growth-oriented relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts for expansion and renewal and work deals through to close
  • Coordinate with internal resources such as sales engineers to set up product demonstrations and additional discovery workflows for expansion opportunities
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Consult and be a trusted advisor for existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the extended team to drive adoption and customer success
  • Partner with account-based teams as required to design strategic plans for revenue growth
  • Develop and actively maintain sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of business
  • Liaise with product development teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to the improvement of our products/services
  • Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
  • Travel to customer locations when needed

Let's talk about you

  • 5+ years of B2B account management experience in a SaaS organization with a proven record of quota achievement
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to convey product/offering value
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to engage with and sell into varied levels of stakeholders, from clinical users to C-Suite level
