JOB OVERVIEW

At AvidXchange, we view culture as a driver of performance. To support this, the Senior Teammate Experience Manager will be focused on the Teammate Engagement strategy, end to end experience analysis and culture integration which includes driving the implementation of key projects. This role plays a key part in shaping the culture and engagement strategies that drive performance and retention. We are looking for proactive, self-starter who is a data-drive problem solver with experience leading multiple experience-based strategies simultaneously.

This role reports directly to our Senior Director of Culture & Teammate Experience and will partner closely with our Learning & Development team, HR Business Partners and other Talent COEs. The implementation of the strategies will connect directly to our leaders and employees across all areas of the business.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in development the Enterprise Employee Engagement strategy, researching best practices and building for the future
  • Develop and execute the change management strategy for the Enterprise Teammate Engagement strategy as well as other Engagement and Culture initiatives
  • Develop, plan and facilitate experiences to engage our teammates in cultural behaviors (specifically for Individual Contributor Teammates and Frontline Leaders)
  • Analyze end to end Teammate Experience data to identify opportunities for engagement and retention, acting as a consultant to the HR Business Partners, Total Rewards and Learning & Development, providing summaries of gaps, opportunities and recommendations for action
  • Conduct focus groups to gather qualitative information and clarify feedback on opportunities identified by quantitative measurements
  • Develop Culture Activations Resources for all Teammates (with intentional focus on cross-site and remote teammates)
  • Develop and enable identified culture champions throughout the organization in partnership with Talent COE members
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams in the business to integrate cultural behaviors into learning experiences (and co-facilitate as needed)
  • Partner with Teammate Communications to develop and execute on strategies to deepen awareness of cultural engagement initiatives
  • Track and report on initiatives, analyzing their effectiveness and ROI
  • Participate in or manage projects lead by the Talent Development team as needed

 

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFIATIONS and SKILLS

  • Minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to tailor communications by audience
  • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise strategy for related focus area
  • Data analysis that includes collecting, interpreting and presenting data in a way that tells an effective and comprehensive story
  • Active listening with the ability to develop effective questions to find clarity
  • Strong facilitation skills with proven experience across leaders and employees
  • Design capability, building high-quality PowerPoint presentations to deliver both strategy and learning experiences
  • Highly self-motivated, creative and willing to proactively take the lead to drive impact
  • Ability and comfort navigating ambiguity with the ability to move word forward while also inspiring and motivating others
  • Demonstrated change management capability, implementing enterprise wide initiatives
  • Highly organized with project management experience
  • Constantly strive for excellence, believe in the possibilities and act as a culture champion in every interaction
  • Highly collaborative but also has the ability to create and delivery independently
