We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter with a specialized focus on Recruitment Strategy, Employee & Candidate Engagement, and Full Cycle Leadership Staffing. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent while fostering engagement throughout the recruitment process. This Talent Mobility, Sr. Specialist will be pivotal in driving our organization's growth by driving strategy to helps to source, attract, and retain high-caliber leaders.

Responsibilities

  • comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify innovative recruitment approaches and best practices.
  • Continuously refine recruitment strategies to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Implement engagement initiatives to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to understand organizational culture and values, effectively communicating these to candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract diverse talent pools, including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for leadership roles.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate recruitment outcomes, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, hiring managers, and executives, to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on leadership staffing and recruitment strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of candidate engagement principles and best practices.
  • Strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Focused and proactive approach to work tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy and details.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
