The team

Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process.

The role

  • Key duties include understanding software problems, writing software code, supporting software testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancements. 
    Knowledge of software development best practices is essential.

What you’ll bring

  • US/Canada Citizenship and/or Green Card holder required.
  • BS in computer engineering and/or information technology
  • Required 5+ years experience in software development with 5 years in GOLang development.
  • Required 5+ years experience in container technology and Kubernetes eco systems
  • 5+ years experience in Oracle database experience, including general knowledge of database architecture, familiarity with ASM and storage concepts and basic SQL query skills.
  • Oracle Enterprise Manager functional experience. Prior experience with OEM plug-ins is a plus.
  • Experienced at organizing project teams
  • Strong team leading skills, work ethic, and intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Design and develop and maintaining various Operator.
  • Participate in next generation IaaS and on-Premises Infrastructure architecture and services.
  • Assist in the management of Compute, Storage, FC , Ethernet infrastructure , Converge , Hyper-Converged appliance.
  • Continually improve the productivity, reliability, and maintainability
  • Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms.
  • Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns
  • Experience with the full site of Go frameworks and tools, including:
    • Dependency management tools such as Godep, Sltr, etc
    • Go’s templating language
    • Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments.
    • Understanding of Declarative programming construct.
    • Understanding of Operator pattern
    • Familiarity with code versioning tools
    • Ability finds complex software defects and implementing fixes and workarounds.
    • A positive open minded problem solver
    • Good undertaking of Design principles
