About The Role

The Sr. People Success Partner supports leaders throughout the employee lifecycle by implementing people strategies to engage and retain a strong and diverse workforce. The Sr. People Success Partner will take a lead role in providing strategic business partnerships, fostering employee engagement, driving performance development, and facilitating employee learning for their assigned client groups. Additionally,  they’ll lead the implementation of key Talent Management programs and projects within their client groups. This role is ideal for a self-starter who has experienced a scaling organization and the change management associated with it.

What You Will Do

During the First Month:

• Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our Onboarding meetings
• Act as the strategic partner to senior leaders of assigned client groups, develop a deep understanding of their business strategy, and implement People practices within their teams that are aligned to business and department goals.
• Own and offer guidance on employee relations issues ensuring that they are resolved in a timely, effective manner
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the people team to identify and deliver solutions to critical people challenges across the business.

Within 3 Months:

• Develop the full lifecycle of talent management projects and programs (ie. annual merit cycle, performance planning, talent review, promotion process and review, employee engagement review, strategic workforce planning) from concept to completion
• Drive high-impact talent management projects and programs within client groups with a focus on successful business outcomes.
• Leverage analytics to deliver talent insights that drive data-informed people practices and help leaders see around the corner.

What We Are Looking For

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years progressive HR experience with at least 2 years supporting senior leaders in an HRBP capacity
• Ability to build high-trust relationships with leaders and employees across the organization
• Understanding of various employment laws and their impact on day to day matters
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to people decision-making
• Ability to work through ambiguity, think creatively, and roll up your sleeves
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information required
• Solid communicator with proven experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally, ideally with dispersed teams

Compensation 

Our national target base salary range is $88,320-$110,400, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
