Position Summary

Are you a creative event mastermind with a passion for technology? We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Events Manager to transform our software products into unforgettable experiences. You'll spearhead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of events that put our brand in the spotlight – from dynamic trade shows to impactful webinars. What You'll Do

  • Shape Our Event Strategy: Design strategic event plans that flawlessly align with our software marketing goals.
  • Event Maestro: Orchestrate every detail of our events (trade shows, conferences, webinars, etc.), ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from start to finish.
  • Budget Savvy: Manage event budgets like a pro, ensuring maximum impact with every dollar.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with marketing, sales, product experts, and others to craft events that resonate.
  • Content Crafter: Help develop compelling presentations, demos, and materials that wow attendees.
  • Master of Logistics: Handle venue selection, catering, technical needs, and all those essential event details.
  • Promote with Passion: Drive event attendance with powerful campaigns across email, social media, and beyond.
  • Analyze and Improve: Measure event success, extract insights from data, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest event marketing trends and technologies.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event planning, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven success in event management, ideally within the software or technology industry.
  • A project management ninja who effortlessly juggles multiple priorities and hits deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills – you're a natural connector.
  • Bursting with creativity and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, delivering polished and flawless events.
  • Tech-savvy with event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel and adjust your schedule as needed.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with digital marketing strategies.
  • Event planning or project management certification.
  • Proficient in Salesforce for reporting and campaign building.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. The exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.

Salary Range

$90,000$95,000 USD
