Job Description

The main responsibility will be to assist the Sales Support Manager in providing support for the Sales Director and his/her sales team in their day-to-day business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Independent, proactive and pragmatic support in day-to-day business including some client’s management
  • Independent processing of internal and external correspondence in English
  • Independent communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support for Sales Director and his/her team members to complete the tasks assigned by Sales Support Manager
  • Cooperation and collaboration with other departments in case of a need
  • Administrative work related to expenses management, data gathering and processing from different sources
  • Design of presentation documents and decision templates

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role, you have:

  • Completed training as office clerk or a bachelor degree in business administration;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (Company language: English);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Priority will be given to applicants with proven professional experience in a comparable function; and a
  • Background in TIC industry would be an advantage.
