THE JOB

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales Executives and/or Corporate Sales Executives. Their responsibilities include providing top-notch administrative support and acting as a bridge between the property and clients. They ensure that all tasks align with the company's standards and values. This role involves facilitating smooth communication and delivering excellent service consistent with the property's core standards and procedures.

THE STARTING PAY $19.50/ hr

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Handling reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
  • Managing travel advisor inquiries and coordinating with property operations teams for seamless execution.
  • Being a knowledgeable resource on resort amenities and Las Vegas activities.
  • Organizing site/FAM tour agendas and coordinating with properties for client visits.
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for Sales Executives.
  • Handling expense reports and maintaining confidential files.
  • Providing exceptional service aligned with the property's standards and brand.
  • Cultivating positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Assisting in customer correspondence and covering for Executives when necessary.
  • Performing any other duties as required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute counting tasks
  • Prior experience is a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • One (1) year minimum experience in a luxury casino and/or hotel
  • Two (2) years prior administrative/coordinator/project management experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
