• Summary
• Responsible for assisting RCM clients with initial claim filing and ensuring system setups are functioning properly for all billing processes. Ensures proper and timely processing of medical claims for clients, resolving claims issues, coordinating resolution of unpaid and denied claims with client and with offshore vendors, monitor claims worklists, resolve claims issues for individual clients as they arise.
