We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.

Tatari is looking for a 3-month Recruiting Coordinator contractor position (potentially longer) to facilitate candidates’ experience from start to finish. You will work closely with the recruiting team to provide a seamless recruitment experience and enable Tatari to execute its immediate hiring needs.

Responsibilities: 

• Ownership of scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates daily, and setting up internal Tatari interviewers for success
• Manage multiple candidate and interviewer calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interviewing activity across many geographic regions and time zones
• Coordinate interviews, provide logistics support for strategic initiatives, and contribute to ongoing process improvement
• Serve as primary candidate liaison, ensuring superb candidate experience
• Track and manage job postings and ongoing recruiting reports
• Own the offer letter process from start to finish
• Bonus: application review of entry-level positions

Qualifications: 

• BA/BS and 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role
• Skillful experience in Tatari’s recruiting tools, including Google Suite, Greenhouse (required) and ModernLoop (or similar scheduling tools)
• Proven experience in diverse skill set including simultaneously managing multiple onsite loops at any given time, working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining high-touch contact with interview candidates
• Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
• A penchant for multi-tasking, self-starting, and ability to context switch quickly when needed
