Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with search or performance marketing solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), and knowledge of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision makers.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

The team uses data-driven insights to design advertising campaigns that deliver results.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000-$228,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders, and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
