As a Partner Success Manager at Instructure, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and other organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our partners by understanding their needs, providing proactive support, and driving value through our products and services. This is a fully remote position available anywhere in the United States. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, serving as their primary point of contact within Instructure. Lead the conversations with partners in specific segments and set up new partners in emerging segments. 
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand partners' goals, challenges, and requirements, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to align partners' objectives with Instructure's products and services, driving mutual success and value.
  • Product Adoption and Optimization: Collaborate with partners to facilitate the successful adoption and utilization of Instructure's solutions, providing guidance, training, and best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance and engagement metrics, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and take proactive measures to optimize outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Advocacy and Loyalty: Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners within Instructure, championing their interests and driving initiatives to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing, to align efforts and deliver integrated solutions that meet partners' needs.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners regarding product enhancements, feature requests, and overall experience, and communicate insights internally to inform decision-making and product roadmap development.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments, and leverage insights to inform partner strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partner management, account management, or business development, preferably within the education or technology sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to drive results.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems, educational technology, or related software solutions is a plus.
