Summary:

As HighRadius' Corporate IT Systems Admin, you'll be primarily responsible for supporting an exceptional working environment where employees can focus on being and performing their best. Our Corporate IT team supports a scalable enterprise with responsibilities to include information security and industry-standard compliance policies. You will apply your knowledge of IT and business to advance organizational goals, comfortably navigate policy, people, and process-related organizational dynamics, and work with a fun team while doing it!

You'll spend your time:

  • Supporting technical and non-technical stakeholders, accommodating a rapidly growing staff
  • Performing audits on system access, collaborating with compliance and internal control teams to adhere to organizational policies.
  • Ensuring internal customer satisfaction by maintaining constant communication on open service items
  • Managing IT hardware and software builds, Server maintenance, and inventory
  • Proactively managing and resolve inquiries and requests within the support queue to ensure issues are resolved comprehensively and meet and exceed ticket SLA levels. 
  • Developing and maintain support documentation in a central knowledge base
  • Supporting the conference rooms for meetings
  • Supporting the C-suite level when required and other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum three years of experience in desktop support within a corporate environment.
  • Strong customer service background. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment is highly preferred
  • Strong hands-on laptop support and hardware troubleshooting
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change and growth
  • Ability to balance daily incidents with project-based work
  • Ability to produce high-quality work with limited direction/oversight
  • Microsoft Applications, intune, MDM, Google suite, Zoom
  • Proficiency with MS Windows domain environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, DHCP, license management, workstation imaging, access controls)
  • Proficiency with Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor authentication preferred
  • Hands-on experience on Windows platforms (Win10/M 365/Outlook/AzureAD/InTune), Remote management tools (UEMs), Microsoft Intune / Auto-pilot
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications or networking skills are preferred
