Your team 

You’ll join one of Frontify’s smallest sub-teams: the internal IT Operations team. Beyond making sure that new starters have their laptops, profiles, and gadgets all set up, they’re also dedicated to improving the SaaS landscape and local IT infrastructure of Frontify. Outside of work, they’re gamers, avid bookworms and kickboxers.


Your mission

You’ll be responsible for improving Frontify’s existing SaaS tools, the lean local IT infrastructure, and addressing internal IT issues (specifically those where turning it off and then on again doesn’t work). You’ll also be responsible for ordering new gadgets, organizing their repair when they break, and keeping an overview of used licenses. You’ll aim to enable your colleagues to work in a welcoming environment with as few internal technology-induced problems as possible.

Your story

  • You feel comfortable and excited to come to our St Gallen office twice a week.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role managing SaaS tools. 
  • You have a strong affinity for technology and a good understanding of IT operations.
  • You’re skilled with managing macOS, Jamf, as well as Identity and Access Management tools such as Okta. 
  • You have an understanding of network management.
  • You enjoy working autonomously and can collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • You are flexible and know how to adapt to changing priorities and challenges. 
  • You’re an empathetic consultant that enjoys building relationships and working with others.
  • You speak English fluently, German is a plus.
