HR Coordinator
Job Summary:
Provide administrative support to the West HR function to include submission of HR paperwork and Peoplesoft entry, Kronos timekeeping, filing and other administrative tasks.
• Create onboarding schedules for incoming Associates and Producers.
• Coordinate in-person and remote orientation for new hires.
• Manage incoming requisitions, post jobs, schedule interviews, create offer letters, and disposition candidates in Applicant Tracking system (Taleo) upon candidate selection.
• Conduct candidate reference and background checks as needed.
• Manage posting, interviewing, and offer letter process for internal postings and promotions.
• Make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and constantly strive to improve service to the customer.
• Communicate in a positive manner to contribute to a cohesive, pleasant work environment.
• Protect the confidentiality of information learned by performing the duties of the position.
• Comply with Lockton procedures and policies.
• Performs other administrative and work-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualificaions:
High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• One or more years of experience in an administrative support or customer service role required.
• Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle preferred.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communications, and attention to detail skills required.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media. Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking system preferred.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with Associates of all levels of responsibility. Flexibility and ability to switch gears as priorities arise is required.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
