Job Description

Global HR Business Partner - Integrated Supply Chain

The HRBP Integrated Supply Chain provides strategy to align our goals with Rockwell Automation polices, process and programs by guiding organizational effectiveness, leading change management, organization development, and providing talent effectiveness programs. Demonstrate functional expertise and is seen as coach and trusted advisor to leaders, while supporting the leaders to create a positive work environment.

Organizational Effectiveness and Workforce Planning

• Partner as the Global HR Business Partner with two functional Vice-Presidents on the senior staff within Integrated Supply Chain and their respective direct reports to define short-term and long-term organization development requirements (workforce planning, culture).
• Promote successful execution of new initiatives, including the rollout of business programs focused on organizational and cultural change.
• Partner with global HR colleagues, COEs, HR Services, and business leaders to create focus on team goals, including delivery of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Provide project management within organizationalness and workforce planning.

Lead Change

• Partner with leaders through leading change initiatives to help set clear expectations, provide knowledge, resources, evaluation measures, and developing strength in leadership team to lead change.

Manage Talent

• Ensure capability for the business and the development of leadership competency within the business. Facilitate the Talent Review process, including succession planning and identification of employees. Use insights from discussions with leaders to address leadership gaps and opportunities and ensure the creation of development plans to bridge the gaps.

Demonstrate Functional Expertise

• You will ensure understanding between our requirements and Rockwell Automation's HR policies and programs. Also, has responsibility for identifying, and supporting HR strategies and initiatives within these business/functions.
• Partner with leaders to develop talent.
• Advise and assist VP/Directors, and other appropriate business leaders regarding employee performance issues and actions required for improvement.
• Understand the business environment and plans ( climate, growth, new products, technologies) and the impact on immediate and longer-term talent needs.

Coach and Trusted Advisor

• Bring knowledge of the business strategy and provides reliable guidance to business.
• Provide counsel to business leaders to encourage trust building, information sharing, respect, and inclusion resulting in greater personal and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach leaders to build organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with business leaders to maximize team performance.

Scope

• Global HRBP to two Senior leaders reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer plus additional Directors.
• Support to a global workforce requiring acceptance to work early mornings or late evenings to accommodate multiple time zones. VPs and Directors may be in the US, Latin America, Asia Pacific or Europe/Middle East.
• HR Generalist support is provided through a pooled team of 2-3 HRG's who report to a peer HRBP.

Qualifications:

Basic

• Bachelor's Degree
• Legal authorization to work in the US. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. (If a US site is chosen as primary work location)

Preferred:

• Typically requires 8 years human resources experience with at least two of those years working with senior leaders at the vice president and above level.
• Global HR assignments demonstrating achievement in large, global, and complex environments.
• Degree holder in Business, HR Management, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
• Ability to travel globally.
• Previous experience with the Korn Ferry suite of resources.
• Milwaukee based position due to location of VPs you will support
