Who We Are

In collaboration with our parent company, Telus International, we’ve launched Fuel iX, an enterprise-grade AI engine designed to help companies upgrade their generative AI (GenAI) pilots to production scale, deploy customized solutions faster, and effectively manage the technology responsibly.

Location & Flexibility

This role will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of one of our offices in Boston, MA, Charlottesville, VA, Columbus, OH, Durham, NC OR in a Work From Anywhere (Remote) capacity with travel to clients and WillowTree offices expected.

The Opportunity

Our Product Marketing Manager will develop an in-depth understanding of buyer needs, key market trends, and the competitive generative AI landscape to influence how Fuel iX takes its services to market. You’ll craft insightful reports, engaging blog posts, and compelling product marketing materials. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer insights to inform our intelligence product and content strategy for Fuel iX
  • Become familiar with core technologies related to generative AI and draw conclusions about the trajectory and state of the market 
  • Closely collaborate with Product Strategy and Business Development teams to highlight features, benefits, and unique value of our enterprise software solutions and drive product roadmap prioritization
  • Meet with and assess software provider capabilities
  • Shape and manage our partnering strategy and market positioning  
  • Develop and write technical reports, blog posts, and product marketing materials tailored to our audience of enterprise buyers

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in product or content marketing or market analysis, preferably within the tech industry
  • Strong analytical skills - able to conduct technical and/or market analysis and measure the efficacy of marketing initiatives and adjust accordingly
  • Exceptional research, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner
  • Proven ability to create high-quality content for a variety of channels and formats
  • Lead cross-functional teams and/or vendors as needed to help with delivery
  • Autonomous self-starter who thrives on a team where initiative and innovation are celebrated and rewarded
  • World-class communication skills and ability to simplify the complexity/hype of the AI marketplace and clearly articulate our value story in a compelling way
  • Experience working with enterprise software and/or SaaS
