Job Title: Employee Engagement & Recruitment Coordinator

ICF is seeking a qualified candidate for an Employee Engagement & Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help sourcing partners attract, recruit, and retain the best talent for ICF.

As the Employee Engagement & Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment of subcontractor agents including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and candidate selection. Additionally, you will drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention, and provide support to the Workforce Management team as needed.

Full- Cycle Recruitment:

Staffing Agency Collaboration: Coordinate closely with various staffing agencies for recruitment efforts and effectively manage the vendor relationship. Sourcing Strategy: Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled "sub-contractor" candidates. Screening and Assessment: Review applications and initiate the screening process, using ICF's assessment platform to build tailored assessments based on project needs. Working closely with our data analyst, to determine the most effective assessment batteries for accurate evaluation. Interviewing: Coordinate, schedule, conduct comprehensive, structured interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and ICF's cultural fit. Candidate Selection: Collaborate with managers to make informed decisions on candidate selection. Candidate Pipeline: Develop and foster a pool of potential candidates to fill current and future job openings.

Recruitment Analytics:

Time to Hire: Measure the time taken from initiating job opening to training readiness. Demographics Mapping: Request data points and maps highlighting various demographic elements, facilitating more informed decisions in ICF's multiple programs. Quality of Hire: Assess the quality of new hires based on performance and retention rates. Analyze, compare and report staffing agencies' performance metrics.

Champion Employee Engagement and Retention:

Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process, familiarize new hires with policies and successful integrate into ICF's culture. Engagement Programs: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance engagement, feedback, recognition, promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Staff Liaison: Serve as a dedicated point of contact, addressing concerns and providing the necessary support to ensure a positive employee experience. Career Pathing: Provide support in succession planning for employees to foster growth and increase retention. Retention Strategies: Analyze attrition patterns and design strategies to lower attrition rates. Incremental Improvement: Continuous focus on improving the talent acquisition and engagement processes based on feedback and changing talent pool dynamics.

Workforce Management (WFM) Support:

Administrative Assistance: Offer administrative support to the WFM team during recruitment lulls. Other duties may be assigned by Work Force Manager to support the project objectives.

Reporting and Analytics:

Metrics Tracking: Monitor recruitment and engagement metrics, generate insightful reports uncover trends, and highlight gaps. Continuous Improvement: Utilize data-driven insights to refine processes and approaches.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ Years Talent Acquisition experience in high-volume settings.
  • Proven experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Experience in applicant screening, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate assessments.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$39,908.00 - $67,844.00
