Central Coordinator
Role:

As a Central Coordinator, you are an essential team member willing to help schedule and manage engagements, schedules, invoicing, and operational forecast as part of a growing Professional Services team. The Central Coordinator will also support process improvement activities and look to help identify key performance indicators that will help make the team more efficient.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan Professional Service resources in our planning solution based on skills, project duration, and time availability.
  • Coordinate activities between sales, marketing, and services so that resource allocation and expectations are clear.
  • Support the scheduling and setup of EPLAN training in the United States.
  • Manage operational status (hours and milestones) and drive invoicing for the United States region.
  • Support the creation and processing of department purchase orders, travel requests (as necessary), invoices, and international resource requests.
  • Plan EPLAN demonstrations and marketing events with the Professional Services organization as required.
  • Recommend process improvements as necessary to improve efficiencies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project and/or departmental scheduling.
  • Preferred experience in an the following fields: operations, software, and/or project management.
  • IT and application skills, including Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), a PSA solution (such as Mavenlink, Financial Force, Katana, etc), HubSpot, and/or SalesForce.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to influence at the various levels of the organization.
  • Strong team worker with interfaces to regional sales and other technical departments.


Additional Information:
We will not sponsor applicants for work visas. Applicants must be authorized to work on an unrestricted basis. Hours: M-F. Must reside within an EPLAN location (Farmington Hills, MI or Schaumburg, IL areas).
