The CAPture Services Specialist will help our customers use our software successfully by providing service experiences that exceed customer expectations and by assisting customers grow in their knowledge of EnergyCAP software and related services. The ideal candidate will have a customer service and problem-solving background and will be a team player, who is humble, curious, enthusiastic, organized, independent, accountable and able to seek effective solutions for success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via ticket system and telephone for CAPture Services offerings.
  • Support customer inquiries regarding computer/server software or hardware with appropriate EnergyCAP staff.
  • Take responsibility for key operational tasks and processes.
  • Remain engaged with customers through the resolution of support requests.
  • Ensure consistent day-to-day functioning of the customer’s CAPture Services process, resolving problems when necessary.
  • Relay data errors and issues to external processing partners via appropriate channels.
  • Lead customers through enrollment projects.
  • Learn and utilize essential EnergyCAP software tools and platforms used in the processing of utility data.
  • Utilize database queries and BI tools to gain actionable insights into CAPture Services processes in support of customer and internal staff requests.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide service experiences that exceed customer expectations. 
  • Help customers gain the knowledge they need to be self-sufficient.
  • Help the company retain customers/contracts by providing excellent service and building trusted relationships with customers and EnergyCAP staff.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning pertaining to EnergyCAP software, services, and related skills to deliver value to customers at increasing levels of excellence.
  • Maintain efficient and professional working relationships with external processing partners.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience with support ticket and incident management software.
  • Experience with project management and related software.
  • Experience with electronic files such as Excel, csv, and XML.
  • Experience using database query, scripting, and other programming languages.

Pay: $43,500.00 - $49,150.00
Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
