About the Role
Miro is looking to hire a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Strategic Programs & Operations (SPO) team. This is a highly visible role and you’ll be working closely with the cross-functional leaders across Miro to make sure our most strategic initiatives are set up for success!
What you’ll do
- Partner with our C-level leadership to drive revenue in our most strategic accounts
- Design and implement strong rituals that will drive accountability for a highly cross-functional core team of mid- to senior-level leaders
- Define a feedback loop between field and product teams to drive continuous improvement
- Work with field enablement to coordinate and sequence sales and adoption play enablement, optimizing business outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure teams make data-informed decisions leading to measurable outcomes for the business
- Understand and optimize the end-to-end processes and systems to bring customer value to market
What you’ll need
- 5+ years experience supporting strategy, planning and program management in a scaled company (1K+ employees)
- Experience designing and running company operational processes including planning (in revenue operations, business operations, product operations, or as a chief of staff)
- Flexibility to work across time zones and global cultures to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas and extract the significant nuggets of information relevant to a particular audience
- Highly-proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects and overlapping timelines at the same time
