The Attorney supports the pro bono program by providing legal representation in immigration matters, particularly U visas, and mentoring pro bono attorneys.

Maintains contract records, workflows, renewals, templates, and clause libraries in contract management systems while responding to internal process questions and supporting efficiency initiatives.

Provide strategic employment-law counseling to the People team across the employee lifecycle, including multistate compliance, investigations, disputes, litigation, accommodations, compensation, terminations, and employment documentation. Manage outside counsel and agency claims, develop policies and training, and advise on employee data privacy. Support adjacent privacy, regulatory, ERISA, commercial contracting, advertising, and litigation matters while applying AI tools to legal research, drafting, and analysis.

Supports the Utah advocacy committee during the legislative session by tracking relevant bills, assisting advocacy processes, collaborating with state leadership, and advocating for organizational priorities.
