Senior HR executive responsible for developing and executing HR strategy, building scalable HR infrastructure, leading an HR team, ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance, managing performance and talent programs, overseeing onboarding/offboarding and HRIS data integrity, and handling employee relations and investigations.

Requires travel ~25% and fluency in English plus Portuguese or Spanish.
