Monitors receiving, storage, fulfillment, delivery performance, costs, productivity, capacity, and service-level adherence. Coordinates issue resolution, peak and launch readiness, channel fulfillment, process improvements, compliance, audit readiness, and SOP adherence across OEM, retail, DTC, and professional channels.

Lead global logistics category strategy and sourcing for transportation, warehousing, parcel, 3PL and reverse logistics. Drive RFIs/RFPs, negotiate complex contracts, manage supplier performance and risk, partner cross-functionally to deliver cost, service, and innovation improvements.

Support day-to-day EU distribution operations across DCs and 3PLs: monitor KPIs (OTIF, cycle time, accuracy), coordinate issue resolution, manage capacity and peak readiness, track warehousing costs and productivity, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, CX, and Finance.

Manage sourcing (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and contracting projects, procure goods and services, negotiate bids and terms, administer contract lifecycle in Ariba, manage preferred supplier lists, process vendor creation, and coordinate with stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and Category Managers.

Lead global sourcing strategy and supplier networks for plastics and metals, drive cost reductions and supplier continuity, manage end-to-end commodity performance, negotiate tooling and supplier agreements, develop predictive cost models and Total Cost of Ownership, run supplier reviews, perform market intelligence and supply risk assessments, and partner with product and contract manufacturing teams.
