Lead complex subcontract and sourcing initiatives while managing schedules, costs, and supplier relationships. Provide mentorship to junior administrators, coordinate cross-functional teams, and advise leadership and external stakeholders on subcontracting strategies and execution.

Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from solicitation through closeout, including agreement development, negotiations, compliance, supplier relationships, sourcing, cost and schedule management, and risk mitigation. Oversee high-risk, high-value subcontracts, develop organization-wide policies, resolve disputes, advise senior leadership, and lead cross-functional teams executing sourcing initiatives.

Manage subcontract agreements from solicitation through closeout, including contract development, negotiation, cost and price analysis, proposal evaluation, regulatory compliance, supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and corrective actions. The role oversees moderate to complex fixed-price, cost-plus, and time-and-materials subcontracts while coordinating with internal leadership, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Lead and optimize SI&OP processes connecting demand, supply, capacity, finance, and programs. Implement planning tools, develop dashboards and reports, drive cross-functional alignment, manage inventory and capacity strategies, facilitate planning cadences, and promote process adoption and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery and predictable program execution.
