Manages Pfizer trade accounts, including wholesalers and specialty pharmacies, by processing orders, analyzing inventory and demand, resolving claims and shipping issues, and coordinating with supply chain, warehouse, transportation, and commercial teams. Conducts inventory reviews, supports supply and brand strategies, monitors order and shipment performance, applies trade policies, resolves DSCSA exceptions, and maintains compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Manages customs compliance and day-to-day customs operations across APAC, ensuring adherence to local regulations, Pfizer policies, GDP/GMP standards, and health authority requirements. Identifies and mitigates customs risks, prevents penalties, oversees brokers and authorities, monitors performance, and drives corrective actions and process improvements. The role also leads regional projects, represents APAC in global forums, and supports compliant movement of pharmaceutical products.
