Own demand forecasting, materials planning, and inventory optimization for multiple product lines (focus on injection molded components). Build processes and reporting (Excel/ERP), coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics, manage long lead-time risks, and improve forecast accuracy and inventory health.

Receive, catalog, store, pick, pack, and ship collectible inventory in a vault/warehouse. Perform quality control and inventory audits, operate material handling equipment, follow packing/shipping procedures, and maintain accurate system records while meeting shift deadlines.

Lead sourcing for injection-molded components and critical materials for European operations. Manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, drive cost reductions, support new part introductions, maintain ERP data, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to ensure production readiness and supply continuity.

Oversee daily logistics and multi-department warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient product flow. Enforce FIFO inventory practices, safety policies, and SLAs; communicate performance, escalate issues, and support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations for direct reports.

Lead sourcing for injection molded components and raw materials, manage supplier performance and tooling programs, drive cost reduction and NPI from sourcing through production readiness, coordinate multi-site sourcing strategies, maintain ERP purchasing data, and support continuous improvement and compliance efforts.
