The Supply Chain Operations Manager leads warehouse operations, ensures efficient material management, optimizes inventory control, and drives process improvements, while managing a team and collaborating with various departments.

Receive, catalog, store, pick, pack, and ship collectible inventory in a vault/warehouse. Perform quality control and inventory audits, operate material handling equipment, follow packing/shipping procedures, and maintain accurate system records while meeting shift deadlines.

Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, delivery), manage staffing and schedules, monitor productivity and inventory accuracy, coach leads and technicians, drive process improvements, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with planning and supply chain teams to align material flow.

Manage in-house bonded factory and customs operations (NACCS filings, import for manufacturing, re-exports, customs inspections, bonded ledgers, inventory) and support international logistics and procurement (shipping documentation, freight estimates, customs clearance coordination, inventory and supplier research).

Lead sourcing for injection molded components and raw materials, manage supplier performance and tooling programs, drive cost reduction and NPI from sourcing through production readiness, coordinate multi-site sourcing strategies, maintain ERP purchasing data, and support continuous improvement and compliance efforts.
