Lead sourcing strategy and commercial execution for dark fiber, lit services, wavelengths, and carrier connectivity. Run RFPs and negotiations, translate network engineering requirements into contracts, manage supplier performance and delivery across design, construction, and turn-up, and support cross-functional stakeholders to enable global data center and network expansion.

Onsite Inventory Control Specialist responsible for tracking and auditing data center hardware and IT assets, coordinating shipping/receiving and logistics, maintaining inventory records using management software and Excel, allocating resources, resolving discrepancies, and reporting to cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel between data centers required.

Manage day-to-day execution of domestic and international shipments for data center builds and returns. Coordinate carriers, freight brokers, and 3PLs; handle shipment tracking, documentation, ticket queues, escalations, claims, and KPI reporting. Reconcile transportation data across ERP/TMS and maintain auditable records while supporting trade compliance and operational workflows.

Own and govern CoreWeave's global inventory count and accuracy program across operated and 3PL sites. Design cycle count and physical inventory processes, variance management, SOPs, KPI reporting, and audit-ready controls. Partner with Finance, Audit, Operations, and 3PLs to investigate discrepancies, lead root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement to maintain >99.8% inventory accuracy.

Lead design, standardization, and transformation of end-to-end global logistics processes and systems. Partner across Logistics, IT, Operations, Finance, and external partners to define future-state processes, shape system requirements (WMS/TMS/ERP/visibility/3PL), drive implementation, and enable adoption. Measure impact via KPIs, govern controls, and reduce risk while improving speed, accuracy, and scalability.
