Manage leather sourcing and development for Coach and Kate Spade: track milestones and shipments, coordinate design trips, oversee leather testing and sample approvals, handle exotic leather costing, drive new leather development with tanneries, and align cross-functional teams to resolve leather issues and ensure on-time production.

Manage weekly store replenishment and monthly store planning by analyzing sales, WOS, and historical trends. Forecast KPIs, collaborate with field and finance teams, run ad-hoc analyses, and support store inventory readiness to meet sales goals.

Lead leather material sourcing for Asia: manage supplier relationships, ensure quality and cost targets, support development-to-production transitions, negotiate pricing, onboard vendors, resolve quality claims, and oversee ~$150M spend across suppliers.
