Leads BlackRock’s global Mobility Services team and manages a telecommunications expense budget exceeding $13 million. Oversees mobility invoices, payments, service inventory, vendor contracts, and the Tangoe TEM partnership. Collaborates with Finance, Legal, Supplier Vendor Management, and technology teams on budgeting, negotiations, escalations, and service delivery. Manages five distributed staff members, including work allocation, projects, objectives, and career development. Requires extensive mobile telecommunications management experience, strong leadership, vendor partnership, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Leads strategic technology vendor relationships across their full lifecycle, including governance, performance management, risk mitigation, executive engagement, commercial strategy, contract renewals, spend forecasting, and ROI tracking. Partners with sourcing, finance, legal, risk, compliance, and technology leaders to align vendor capabilities with business strategy. Mentors junior staff and helps build the strategic technology partner management function.

Lead provider relationship management and commercial negotiations for market data, indexes, pricing, ratings, and alternative data. Partner with investment teams and corporate functions to source data solutions, govern spend, manage vendor risk, and ensure compliance across the contract lifecycle. Drive strategic sourcing, cost optimization, performance oversight, and stakeholder communication while supporting new product launches and shaping firm-wide data strategy and governance.
