Manage inbound logistics by verifying shipments against purchase orders, assigning daily workload, labeling and storing items, maintaining inventory records, supporting cycle counts/audits, resolving discrepancies, and monitoring KPIs to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Leads purchasing for hardware, services, and software across drop-ship and inventory operations. Develops cost-effective procurement strategies, manages supplier performance and relationships, establishes primary suppliers, oversees inventory goals and RFPs, improves purchasing processes, and leads a purchasing team. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Product Management, Finance, vendors, manufacturers, and distributors to achieve operational and corporate objectives.

Oversee daily warehouse inventory operations including receiving, labeling, put-aways, pick-ticket fulfillment, cycle counts, transfers, and discrepancy resolution. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts, maintain accurate records, inspect shipments, and manage physical handling using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain ISO 9001–aligned processes and perform regular investigations to reconcile system records with physical inventory.
