Manages health and wellness benefits vendors, including performance governance, escalations, compliance, implementations, and continuous improvement. Oversees plan administration, employee experience issues, internal benefits communications, newsletters, RFP/RFI support, analytics, documentation, and vendor relationships. Partners across HR, communications, supplier management, and external providers to resolve complex issues, improve programs, and support strategic benefits initiatives.

Manages supplier categories and third-party relationships across due diligence, sourcing, contracting, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding. Leads supplier strategies, negotiations, contract management, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. The role requires executive-level influence, oversight of third-party services, adherence to financial-services regulations, and management of multiple complex priorities. It also includes team leadership, change management, and efforts to improve efficiency and supplier value.
