Lead strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management for Operating Supplies across the EU. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier risk and contingency plans, drive cost savings and forecasting, support stage-gate processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and McDonald’s to ensure supply continuity, compliance, and sustainability.

Serve as the primary operational contact for European McDonald's markets, coordinating marketing and supply chain stakeholders and local distribution partners to execute promotional programs and ongoing supply activities, track timelines and volumes, resolve issues, report status, and drive continuous process improvements.
