Oversee full life‑cycle federal contract management, ensure FAR/DFARS and export-control compliance, negotiate complex agreements, support proposal development, advise leadership on contractual risk, and drive process improvements and team development. Lead full life‑cycle federal contract management for DoD and Intelligence Community programs. Advise on proposals, negotiations, compliance (FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR), maintain contract records, negotiate NDAs/teaming agreements, drive contract strategy, process improvements, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with Program Management, Finance, Engineering, and senior leadership to support business growth and mission outcomes.

Lead federal procurement for defense and intelligence programs across the full lifecycle, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, manage vendors, conduct source selection and cost analyses, mentor staff, drive process improvements, and apply AI tools to optimize contracts and supply chain performance.

Manage end-to-end federal procurement lifecycle for defense and government programs in compliance with FAR/DFARS. Lead supplier qualification, source selection, negotiations, and vendor relationships. Use ERP and purchasing systems, apply export control knowledge, mentor staff, drive process improvements, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, cost, schedule, and performance.
