Leads Motive’s global procure-to-pay organization, overseeing strategic sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, accounts payable, systems, governance, and process transformation. The role drives enterprise savings, negotiates major technology and services contracts, modernizes procurement workflows, establishes controls and analytics, manages vendor risk, partners with executive stakeholders, and builds a high-performing global team.

Lead global sourcing strategy and supplier management for onboard electrical components (ICs, discretes, connectors). Drive supply continuity, cost optimization, landed cost accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, finance, and contract manufacturers. Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, assess market risks, and influence design for cost and manufacturability.

Lead sourcing strategy for cable, battery, PCB, and connector commodities: define roadmaps, establish preferred vendors, run RFQs and should-cost modeling, negotiate contracts, ensure supply assurance, embed with engineering, and drive cost, quality, and technology outcomes.
