Own supplier relationships and sourcing activities for indirect categories, including supplier qualification, RFx events, negotiations, contract strategies, compliance, performance governance, and continuous improvement. Develop cost models, benchmarks, market insights, and savings opportunities while coordinating regional and global stakeholders. Manage supplier transitions, risk, service outcomes, and governance reviews across categories such as services, IT, facilities, and professional services.

Analyzes customer demand, supply constraints, forecasts, backlog, and revenue priorities to identify risks and opportunities. Partners with sales, supply chain, demand management, logistics, and operations teams to evaluate planning scenarios, support customer commitments, and align execution. Recommends allocation strategies, build-ahead opportunities, pull-ins, remixes, and other supply optimization actions. Uses planning, analytics, reporting, and AI-supported tools to improve forecast accuracy, workflows, and revenue performance.

Leads the global Sales and Operations Planning cycle, aligning demand, supply, allocation, and financial objectives across sales, finance, manufacturing, engineering, and business units. Drives scenario-based decisions, identifies planning gaps, develops executive recommendations, and improves planning agility through Kinaxis, automation, AI, and analytics. Manages and mentors analysts and planners while establishing planning standards and monitoring team performance.

Own global commercial strategy for critical semiconductor capital equipment categories and strategic suppliers. Lead market intelligence, sourcing strategies, executive supplier relationships, complex multi-year negotiations, cost reduction roadmaps, supply resilience, and total-cost-of-ownership initiatives. Partner with engineering, operations, planning, technology development, and finance teams while mentoring procurement professionals and leading global initiatives as a senior individual contributor.

Develop an AI-enabled procurement analytics and process-transformation solution for Front-End Materials Procurement Operations. Analyze procurement and supply-chain data, supplier performance, risks, capacity constraints, and cost opportunities. Build dashboards, tracking systems, AI or automation prototypes, and process improvements using tools such as Power BI, UiPath, Tableau, or Power Automate. Collaborate with global procurement and cross-functional stakeholders, document outcomes, and present project findings to department leaders.
