Lead category management and strategic sourcing for substrate suppliers: develop category strategies, analyze market and cost drivers, drive savings using should-cost models, run RFQs and negotiations, create and enforce contracts, monitor supplier performance, and partner with stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency and resilience.

Lead global category strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations for advanced packaging materials (HBM). Drive market intelligence, dual-source strategies, cost and savings roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, planning and finance. Act as senior individual contributor executing complex global sourcing initiatives, supplier executive engagement, and contract negotiations to ensure supply continuity and technology enablement.

Lead strategic sourcing and category strategy for advanced packaging capital equipment. Develop negotiation approaches, perform supplier landscape analysis, cost analysis and benchmarking, build supplier and internal partnerships, and drive technology, cost, and supply chain resilience while responsibly using AI-enabled tools.

Lead global procurement strategy for front-end capital equipment (Diffusion, Implant, RTP, Pumps, Chillers, Abatement, MFG Tech). Own supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, cost and capacity planning, risk mitigation, and supply assurance. Partner cross-functionally to support node development, fab expansion and ramp readiness while developing a high-performing global procurement team.

Owns procurement for designated areas, leads site supplier performance and relationships, negotiates with suppliers, supports capital budgeting and global procurement strategies, drives cost-savings and process improvements, serves as procurement consultant, integrates AI-assisted tools, and supports site audits.

Support short-term (0-13 week) assembly and test execution planning by monitoring production plans, inventory, and delivery performance; analyze supply-demand mismatches, coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing, drive recovery actions, and support continuous improvement and project initiatives to improve planning outcomes.

Manage spares and materials forecasting for fab tools, maintain BOM/PM planning models, coordinate with procurement and process teams to prevent shortages/expiry, develop reporting/automation, and support cost management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage the end-to-end RMA lifecycle, maintain RMA data in Syborg and SN-level records, coordinate stakeholders (CM, FSE, sites), troubleshoot and escalate system/process issues, ensure compliance and audit readiness, track repairs/logistics with contract manufacturers, and monitor KPIs while driving automation and AI-enabled process improvements.
