Own demand planning and forecasting for commercial pipeline activity, translating sales opportunities and customer commitments into S&OP demand signals. Maintain pipeline data integrity, dashboards, forecasting models, KPI reporting, and NDA workflows. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders to align demand, capacity, and customer commitments. Support RFPs, CRM and automation enhancements, process documentation, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing the team, designing material flows and warehouse operations, managing inventory and production scheduling, implementing ERP/MRP systems, overseeing logistics and customs compliance, establishing KPIs, and driving plant launch readiness. The role requires approximately 50% travel through October 2027, primarily domestically.
