Build and own Legora’s intake-to-PO procurement lifecycle, including approvals, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, P-card programs, and self-service purchasing. Improve procurement through AI and automation, support accounts payable, manage vendor diligence, create reporting and dashboards, drive cross-functional adoption, and develop procurement playbooks and enablement resources. The role partners with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and global teams across multiple entities and currencies.

Own strategic sourcing, competitive procurement events, negotiations, renewals, supplier performance, and indirect spend across software, SaaS, cloud, data, services, marketing, and facilities. Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and Engineering on forecasting, diligence, compliance, and savings. Analyze spend and contracts, report savings, and use AI to improve procurement research, review, modeling, and workflows.
