Own software procurement strategy, sourcing, renewals, vendor relationships, license inventory, and contract negotiations. The role supports timely delivery of aerospace flight hardware and requires hybrid work near Denver or Colorado Springs.

Manage master scheduling and demand planning across aerospace and space-technology programs. Lead Material Resource Planners, own the S&OP cycle, align demand with production capacity and material availability, translate requirements into production plans, resolve scheduling constraints, manage critical-path materials, develop schedule-health metrics, conduct scenario analysis, and optimize ERP/MRP workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain while building scalable planning processes and a high-performing team.

Own capital equipment commodity strategy, sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, procurement planning, and supplier performance. Lead high-value acquisitions from requirements and RFPs through delivery, installation, acceptance testing, and warranty. Partner with engineering, facilities, finance, and legal while managing long-lead risks, cost optimization, and FAR, DFARS, and ITAR compliance.

Manage day-to-day indirect procurement: execute procure-to-pay, issue RFQs and POs, manage vendors, track orders, resolve disputes, maintain records, support contract administration, and ensure compliance with applicable export/regulatory requirements.

Lead development and execution of a scalable global supply chain strategy. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, conduct make-vs-buy and capacity planning, ensure compliance with aerospace regulations (ITAR, DFARS, AS9100, FAR), monitor performance, and collaborate with engineering, production, legal, and finance to align supply activities with program timelines and budgets.

Support supply chain and inventory operations for aerospace production: pick/kit parts, log inbound receipts, operate material handling equipment, perform cycle counts and audits, manage lineside inventory, process outbound shipments, maintain safe/organized warehouse areas, and assist continuous improvement initiatives.
