Own end-to-end supply planning for Halter's products: translate demand into material requirements, manage purchase orders and supplier relationships, mitigate supply risk, track supply metrics, resolve disruptions, and build and lead a supply planning team to ensure inventory and delivery targets are met.

Own and build Halter's end-to-end S&OP process: run the monthly cadence, align commercial and operations stakeholders, identify and resolve demand-supply mismatches, maintain inventory and availability views, manage international planning nuances, prepare executive decision-ready reporting, track S&OP actions, and continuously improve planning processes and forecast accuracy.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for hardware and electronic components and contract manufacturers. Identify, qualify, onboard and develop suppliers, negotiate commercial agreements, drive cost reduction and resilience, manage senior supplier relationships, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain to support NPI and production.

Lead and build Halter’s end-to-end supply chain covering S&OP, supply planning, sourcing, and logistics. Own strategy, supplier relationships, inventory and logistics, and metrics. Develop a high-performing team, drive cross-functional alignment for product launches and ramps, and ensure supply resilience, cost control, and timely customer delivery across global manufacturing and distribution partners.
