Manage kitchen and office supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, forecasting, counting, auditing, and verifying deliveries. Create purchase orders, approve invoices, organize storage areas, fulfill workplace requests, and maintain vendor relationships. The role also supports team projects and requires regular use of inventory management and procurement systems, along with the ability to move supplies and heavy carts.

Manage end-to-end procurement for laboratory equipment, consumables, and services. Develop procurement policies, source and negotiate with vendors, administer contracts, monitor budgets, ensure compliance with policies and donor/regulatory requirements, support scientific teams, evaluate vendor performance, and provide procurement reporting to leadership.
