Manage end-to-end procurement for laboratory equipment, consumables, and services. Develop procurement policies, source and negotiate with vendors, administer contracts, monitor budgets, ensure compliance with policies and donor/regulatory requirements, support inventory planning, evaluate vendor performance, and provide procurement reporting to leadership while collaborating with institutional partners.
