Lead end-to-end ODM/CM sourcing for new product introductions, manage supplier selection and risks across development phases (POC→MP), align sourcing with program schedules, negotiate SOW/NRE/tooling/pricing, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, quality, legal, and program management to ensure on-time product launches and supplier quality.

Lead Operations business-process ownership for supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, distribution, quality and sourcing during SAP ECC integrations. Assess legacy systems, define future-state processes, drive data migration, testing, training, cutover and change management, build site-level process owners, track KPIs and risks, and deliver executive reporting to ensure successful go-lives and sustained compliance.
